Year Two - Mrs Williams, Mrs Wyrill & Mrs Flaherty

Welcome to Year 2's Class Page.

Mrs Williams is our teacher Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Mrs Wyrill is our teacher on Thursday and Mrs Flaherty is our teacher on Friday.

We share lots of information and photographs with our parents via ClassDojo but we post some things on here for the wider community.

Each half term you will find our class newsletter which provides information about what we will be learning in school.

Spellings

Please make time to help your child practise their spellings. We find that little and often is the best way to help children learn and apply spellings in their writing. The statutory word list below is the list of words your child should be able to spell independently by the end of Year 2. 

Multiplication

To help build fluency and rapid recall of the 2, 3, 5 and 10 times tables, the children will undertake a multiplication test each week.

The children can practise their multiplication facts by using TT Rockstars or by downloading the worksheet below.
